How do I save a title for later?

Sign in, then tap the bookmark icon on any poster or on a title’s page. Everything you save shows up on your wishlist, visible only to you.

Why can’t I rate or review a title yet?

You’ll need to verify your email first — it’s the one thing standing between an honest rating and a fake one. Check your inbox for the verification link after signing up; if you’ve lost it, your account settings page will offer to resend it.

I found a mistake in a review or a title’s details

Every review and every title has a Report link. Tell us what’s wrong and our review team will look at it — reports go straight into our moderation queue, not into a general inbox.

How do I submit my own film or series?

Creator accounts can submit titles from their dashboard. A submission stays private while our team reviews it, and only goes public on the catalogue once it’s approved. If you’d like to submit and don’t have a creator account yet, sign up and we’ll take it from there.

Something else is wrong

We don’t have a general support inbox set up yet — for anything not covered above, the fastest path is the Report link on the specific title or review it relates to. We’re a small team reviewing every report by hand.
